Especially where the part in question is not a genuine factory part. Ultimately it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the part is suitable for the car they are buying it for.
if you are buying tools so that you can work on your car. You are responsible for the tools and how you use them on your car. We establish here that TotallyAlfa will bear no responsibility whatsoever regarding the use of any of these in any particular application nor regarding any damage which may result from the use of such equipment whether properly used or installed or not.
We encourage each of you to do your homework and know how the tool works or item fits. Teach yourself the proper techniques or hire a qualified technician to do the work for you. We do not accept any liability for any injuries, accidents or incidents involving the replacement of parts or tools supplied by us.
Ordering from Europe and Beyond
If you are ordering parts from Europe please be aware that since Brexit you maybe liable for customs duty, VAT and admin charges by the carrier. The amount you paid TotallyAlfa does not include any of these charges. The changes caused by Brexit In Europe have not effected any orders from the rest of the world. Customs duty will still be charged the same way as it has always been.
Refunds & Returns
We will refund any customer for any negative situation caused by TotallyAlfa and/or any manufacturing defects. This refund option typically exists for no more than 7 days after delivery.
Returns for reasons other than defective product will result in a 30% restocking fee, to be deducted from the refund. If you’ve simply changed your mind, or ordered the wrong part without requesting advice, then this is not our fault and we must recoup the cost of the transaction. Items will only be accepted for refund in unused condition.
Please contact us first to inform us of any returns. Returns we are unaware of will typically be rejected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
