Refunds & Returns
We will refund any customer for any negative situation caused by TotallyAlfa and/or any manufacturing defects. This refund option typically exists for no more than 7 days after delivery.
We have a general rule that no electrical or electronic parts are accepted back unless they were incorrectly supplied in the first place. The reason is that we have no way of checking some of the parts unless they are fitted to a car/engine. Obviously if we do this they are no longer new and we can not sell them as such.
Returns for reasons other than defective product will result in a 30% restocking fee, to be deducted from the refund. If you’ve simply changed your mind, or ordered the wrong part without requesting advice, then this is not our fault and we must recoup the cost of the transaction. Items will only be accepted for refund in unused condition.
Please contact us first to inform us of any returns. Returns we are unaware of will typically be rejected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
